Custom bomber energy cannons

I think its silly to have different effects with the same stats. If we're going to have different faction bomber guns, we should have different stats for them.

And I think we should have more bomber weapon variety, the hellfire was a nice start.

This- same with SNACs- if you want to re-rep bomber now you face the nerf and you need to buy new snac if you does not have the 4.85 snac or civilian one, so I not matter what faction I would use the basic civilian snac and basic civilian cannons.

Official faction players that are often accused of elitism, never deploy them and have those weird, immersion killing "fair fight/dueling" suicidal hobbies. (yes, i've seen enough of those lolduels, where house military with overwhelming force on the field willingly loses a pilot in a duel. ffs.)
