4.86 story suggestion

I don't see a place for it. my reasons?

1) You cannot just introduce new systems/factions just like that with no planning/RP/backstory
2) Cannot just introduce a new house (Phillipenes if I'm reading it right)
3) Too late for system submissions, and even then you would need to say what they contain, and a lot of credits for them
4) Devs have enough work with current systems then adding a bunch of new ones with no templates.


Maybe if you come up with good stories for all this, reasons, and get people involved, it would be good for 4.87

P.S. Ontario is already a system under Liberty control
