1 faction per ID rule. They already gave up being official and OSI and TAZ are still around so... still a valid argument.

They reconsidered it in fair time. (Under 24 hours?)

Also, I would say that decision did not fully consult the whole leadership of the faction, and as such, was void, as it was not the faction making the decision.
