Guten tag herr Koenig.

I know little of the reason's why my parents were fleeing, however my mother left me a note and what I do know I shall tell you.

At the climax of the Nomad war, Rheinland was putting everything into producing ships with which to attack Kusari. Mein father was en engineer on ze Ring - he was putting in long hours and being paid little. When Rheinland "lost", mein father was released of his contract. Mother couldn't support us all and Father couldn't find work anywhere. There was an opportunity on Cambridge and they jumped at the chance for a fresh start.

That's all I know, I guess Father fell out with his employers - or the conditions on ze Ring he couldn't take anymore - or simply he was surplus to requirements.

I hope that this is enough, I am hopeful to make a difference.
