In fact, the RHA doesn't even pirate. They're mostly there for fighting the enemies of the "people." So, I think that's the faction you're really looking for.

Where did you get that from because I am not sure? Making assumptions is silly, go read the wiki page about the RHA, and more specifically, the rank structure so that you can get a feel of how RHA RP really looks like.

Anyway I am not sure where this faction idea is going, it looks kind of invented on a whim. Hopefully you guys are flying around ingame getting a feel of the surroundings before expanding the faction status or something.
