-ID Reform
-Tech nerf removed. All players are now unregulated!
-Factions given zero power over their players
-rules against shooting up Civy ID'd players removed
-Traders must now pay 50% of their profitssss to the server
-None of this actually gets done because the Development team blocks every single action before it is suggested

EDIT: crap I thought i was in flood >.<
