PKC is a paramilitary group consisting of various members of Liberty organizations including ex-Liberty rogues and more, PKC mostly focuses their efforts on harassing and attacking Rhineland forces & liberty rogues, because of the ever short handed Liberty naval forces and the ever over worked police forces, PKC forces are largely ignored. In recent years in Liberty the PKC has gained indirect political power as the rise of the right wing Politicians have used the PKC as a propaganda tool, The Patriotic knights corp reluctantly plays along in this role... after all they reek havoc for Rhineland security forces and they have been doing allot of damage to the Liberty rogues.

The PKC is a Para Military organization founded in 754 as a Revolutionary group but fostered little support and tough was officially labeled a terrorist organization by the Liberty security act of 784 they where mostly inactive and there for largely ignored. some time in 802 a New leader into the PKC and preached the complete destruction of Liberty rogues and outcasts in Liberty space, though he only grew the ranks of the PKC by a few hundred in his life, he was assassinated by a Outcast... his death was used as a rallying cry as several dozen other civilians died in the process, soon Liberty rogue smugglers that alluded police forces began meeting unfortunate "accidents" in the docking rings of Texas and it began to become not at all uncommon to hear of members in the Outcast & LR underground getting knocked off in a variety of accidental deaths and what was believed was a shoot out with rival criminal organisations. When either group retaliated against the PKC the media successfully overlooked their membership in the PKC ( more often than not) so their ranks continued to grow well into the 810's

Reason for existence?
A less draconian Liberty para-naval force that focuses mostly on attacking Rhineland & criminal organization in Skirmishes and doesn't normally concern it self with enforcing trade laws or other such Trivialities a official police force must concern it self with
