EDIT: Can't be bothered checking the Wiki now, but there are a few planets in OC space (4-5, maybe more) and I think Sairs have some tucked away too.


You know you need a mining facilities in orbit or on the planet to extract mineras? Not just to grab a pickaxe and go down the planet and handle the mining yourself. I have neves need an OC, Corsair or a RH mining satelite or base... have you?
