all i want is improving of models (or textures, waspu`s one isnt perfect too) AND making unique eagles for each faction (be blessed Ashes)

The problem with the unique Eagles is that they're pretty much just kitbashes which are much worse on the eyes than any of the original models you stated were ugly. Anyone can put a different tail and texture on an Eagle, but something like the Kingfisher, Wasupu, or Tiger Shark, which are original inspired works, are made from the original thoughts of some modeler and are rather works of art. I would really rather have what we have now than a new Eagle with a different tail and give modelers the time and patience to make original models for civilian factions like the Kingfisher and Havok II.

But, you are entitled to your opinion in saying they are ugly, just keep in mind that there are boxes of Cheerios waiting in the cupboard and if you choose not to munch on them, no one else will be at fault for your grumbling stomach.
