A visit to Mr. Raines's Office

"Oh man oh man that's not good.. Hold on hold on.."

Simon turned to the side and looked at his holo-watch. He pressed a couple buttons and a small transparent screen appeared from it, showing him the time and date as well as his schedule. The man closed it and turned back towards the lady at the check-in counter.

"I'm gonna.. I'm gonna step aside for a moment, gonna make a call to my manager for a moment, I'll be right back!"

Simon scurried to the seating area, messing with his holo-watch on the way which caused a big thump as he recklessly knocked into a ceramic vase. He looked around awkwardly, mouthing the word 'sorry' to anyone who had seen that. Bending down and picking it up, he made sure to place it neatly back where it was.

He sat down at the couch beside him for a moment, looking through his schedule, pressing buttons on his holo-watch and phone. Simon put the device up to his ear and quietly spoke to his manager.

"Hey Phil are you sure I'm suppo-.. Uh-huh.. Alright. Ya, ya!.. Ok!.. Right, 'cause that'd be a waste of time. Yes yes I know the race is approaching, that's why I need to know if it's now or did we schedule it fo-.. Oh, ok.. Alright thanks, cya."

Simon stood up and walked fast-paced back to the lady at the counter.

"Ok, my appointment is definitely for today. It should be in there ma'am, but if it's not I think it's fine I only need a moment with Mr. Raine. Though ma'am this is an urgent and personal matter so please please pleeeaasee see if you can find anything, I'm begging ya!"
