Guten tag Oberkommando,
Gefreiter Ludwig Meyer reporting in.
Well, this was really a tiresome day.
First, we received a report from the border station in Hamburg about a Libertonian Fleet.
Major Philip Mauser ordered a bomber swarm to take off, me included, to face the enemy fleet. We also had some help from the secondary fleet, with a cruiser and a battleship. The battle was hard and violent, the enemy fleet counted 2 Carriers, 1 Dreadnought, 1 siege cruiser and at least 4 Gunboats, some minor crafts. We lost our battleship, but we managed to destroy the two Carriers and heavily damage the Dreadnought, that was forced to retreat. The gunboats were destroyed successfully, and the enemy had to retreat.
We all know that the best defence is the attack, or at least, Major Mauser knew it. He quickly assembled a strike force for Texas, formed by two battleships, one cruiser, and several Wraiths as escort.
Soon we went in Texas. It wasn't an easy task, the enemy had some gunboats defending the planet, we got some damages, and our caps were destroyed by some libertonian capital ships. The fighter wing had to face a number of Navy pilots, when Major Mauser ordered us to start retreating.
After some quick repairs on my ship, i took off from planet Hamburg, just to find in front of me a convoy of some Ageira ships, it seems that they were there for some emergency repairs on the trade lanes in New Berlin. Me and Oberfeldwebel Koehler proceeded to escort their 3 transports, together with two pilots of the Ageira Escort Wing.
The repairs went well, except for a bad incident of a repair team, i offered my help as a doctor, but there was nothing to do anymore.
