I don't like current Zoners situation and I support changes, but I am a little suspicious about reasons of proposal of this thread. Last time, looking at diplomatic activity, I feel that someone would like to put legs into old Zoners shoes. I hope it is only my imagination.

Zoners hostile to house unlawfulls? Sorry, but it is completely wrong and against the lore and the base idea of Zoners.

If you want to merge IDs, just do, what Dab said. It is plain and simple.

If you want to split Zoners, I say ok. It is not bad idea.
- Freeport Zoners - Zoner ID - old fashion zoners, unlimited ZOI, no rep hacked, fighters, freighters, transports max 3.8k and gunboats - bigger ships only for Official factions.
- Canarian Zoners (O49, O50) - Zoner <strike>Guard</strike> Canarian ID - no ship limits, but specific diplomacy and ZOI.
Zoners players would have a choice and new possibilities to RP.

Whatever you want to do, you should talk with official factions, let them decide what they want. But let indy players to be Zoners too.
