A few reports already reached the High Command concerning that Liberty Navy division.
Those vessel's crews didn't reply to our warnings nor did they explain the reasons of Kusari's space violation.

I can only express my regrets regarding the business losses Orbital Spa & Cruise had to suffer.
The amount of collaboration OS&C showed by warning us is appreciated.

However, i would humbly like to remind you OS&C does not own any territory in Nagano.
This system entirely belongs to Kusari republic, even if a large part of it is controlled by Samura, the Keiretsu that granted your company the privilege to operate in Takasaki dust field.

That said, rest assured Kusari Naval Forces do not intend to ruin your operations by displaying more military presence than necessary.

I do understand your delicate position on this matter.
After all, Kusari Naval Forces had their share of Secondary fleet captains violating their orders by operating in foreign houses.

The standard policy we follow when a foreign navy vessel is spotted in Kusari is to escort it to the closest border of the house it belongs to.
Only when they fail to comply to this measure are our pilots authorized to open fire.
