The only difference is the OP stuff.

First of all: I wasn't saying that Outcasts are shot by everyone, I said that they weren't shooting Nomads along Wild.

Second: Corsairs, for example, can go at least somewhere without being shot. Nomads are getting shot on sight in every single part of Sirius. At least that's my experience from being in Keepers and now in K'Hara.
And Xeneers don't need to leave Liberty anyways, they just don't.
