You are really wrong, so wrong that I does not even worth to mention the rest 1325436 factions that are shoot by all of their neighbors without having a single ally in their ZoI. Nomads are not a way different then Corsairs or Mollys or GRN or Xenos- no allys and at least 10 enemies in the ZoI. You are especially wrong with Outcasts since they got allies in their ZoI. The only difference is the OP stuff.
