True it is, and go take a look who is shooting who right outside. Spa and cruise NPCs are shooting the navy/police/republican, and ALG NPCs that get close. So i am sure they have no issue with hiding a Liberty ship.
But as i stated. I will not land there in site of any Rheinland Players. The Freelancer base now i will land there. Just like Pirates land at unlawful bases, and junker bases while being chased. Or Rheinlanders have speed docked at junker bases while being chased. It is not controlled by Lawfuls, and they cannot order it to deny docking rights. I did not make these rules, i am just abusing them like all the rest of you.

PS. The one time i did land on Baden Baden i was sure to Blow the military patrol to hell before hand, and take in all pods. So in RP there was no witnesses.
