there is already a STRONG latino component here <join the corsairs>, and you can fly ships called gladiators and legates and praefects <join the corsairs>. Tying yourselves into the zonerzonerzoner way of life just for the 5000 cargo limit... well, its perfectly allowed to have TWO characters, a zoner to make the $$$ and a corsair to have the pewpew.
No. If the faction will be real and work well, and if someone likes Latins, maybe there will be new groups of Latins that join Outcast or Corsair. Maybe, if someone want to make that. So there would be an alliance between the Latins Factions. Only that.
