A new Stock Market prepares to rise

Yes, I have an Idea based off of Verg's Rheinland Stock Exchange, but instead of comodities, we're gonna do factions. Essentially, its kinda like the stock-holders of companies. People now will be able to invest into their favorite faction(s). It will be setup almost exactly like Verg's, only the difference is that instead of 6 groups, there will be 12, and up to 8 factions at once will be affected, by a margin of not 12 points but rather a margin of 20 points (I'm going to use 1 6-sided Die, 1 12-sided die, and 1 20-sided die.) All the NPC factions will be involved, and then the PC Created factions (IE Hellfire Legion) will be tied in as well. Also, I will be experimenting with making the stocks not only fluctuate by the roll of dice, but also by events ingame. IE, HF declares war and LOSES, then their stock drops down massivley, but if HF WINS, then their stock sky-rockets. The Stock starts at 25,000 credits, and just like Verg's it crashes at 200. BUT, each stock can be worth up to 50,000 credits. If any have objections, tell them now or forever hold your peace.

Also, I unfortunately cannot do a neat little chart like Verg, so this will be how its setup. Unless Verg wants to setup another chart:DAlso, these stocks wont be changed every 4 hours, but rather 1 time a day. 2 if I have time. Guarenteed at about 4:00 PM ETZ every day.

There will be a new char to collect stock funds, he will ALWAYS be in NY. He will be called NY_Stock_Exchange[F]

Remember, this is just for fun, so enjoy yourselves! And also remember, you can purchase stock at ANYTIME and sell stock at ANYTIME. This will be implemented within a few days.
