[color=#009900]True it is, and go take a look who is shooting who right outside. Spa and cruise NPCs are shooting the navy/police/republican, and ALG NPCs that get close. So i am sure they have no issue with hiding a Liberty ship.

This is a glitch caused by pilots demanding the Civilian Pilot commodity and the NPCs refusing. This affects all NPCs not just Spa and Cruise. What I assume happens is RM Patrol NPC comes around demands Spa and Cruise pilot. Obviously the pilot refuses and turns hostile to the RM patrol, then Lawful Rheinland NPCs arrive and assist the RM patrol NPCs due to empathy.

This is not a valid RP point, this does not happen inRP. Baden Baden is a luxury planet with sparse facilities and it definitely cannot handle anything larger than a freighter, everything bigger is moored in-space.

Ontop of that, its already been said. OS&C does -not- want to tick of RM, RFP, or Rheinland. Hiding a hostile -Capital- vessel would probably not sit well with Rheinland.
