i ve used the flare effect too in one of my sigs, that ive created the last weeks.

Oh yes, i need a lot of help using PS, i want to create transmission bars, and i dont get the right setting, i. e. different shapes, colours, effects, do you use autoshapes? shapes that you downloaded from a random webpage for example?
