Nova's and their like

I disagree. Don't get me wrong-- I love novas, but so does everbody else. That's the problem.

The balance between torpedoes and thier like is not enough.

• Novas do more damage to shields than Infernos.
  
• Nova's are more energy efficient than Mini-Razors.
  
• There is no splash damage, so unlike starkillers or sunslayers you can fire them point blank.
  

Novas need to be splash damage torpedoes, just like the sunslayers or starkillers. I know this created problems with damage versus battleships because of missile immunity, but I thought that problem was fixed. I just imagine what would basically be an atomic bomb-- non tracking, expensive, giant splash-damage, incinerating everything. Maybe even have other smaller secondary blasts, like built-in mines that explode in random areas throughout the big blast. BOOM!

Novas are not being used parallel to their original design and make bombers way too powerful.

Now, let me go put on my umpire mask before everyone starts slapping me...
