Nova's and their like

If a Nova is going to be nerfed, also nerf the shield recharge rate on these cap ships.

I can shoot 4 novas on a pass from a RH Bomber, If a Cap ship pilot is skilled enough, it takes me about 6- 8 seconds to line up another Pass. During that time if I get hit, I am dead. By that time cap ships can recover most of their shield back.

Can two or three bombers take down a cap ship? YES. It is defiantely a possibility, even in RL.

Are bombers really that good ?, then fly one. Novas need ammo? then give ammo to every thing else.
A Taaidian without nova ammo is a sitting duck (firepower of a light fighter with a profileand agility of a small trader.

Remember, for all its fire power, Novas can only bring down shield or Hull in one shot. You need two direct hits, very close to each other for a fighter kill. Any fighter pilot with a morsel of skill can avoid novas. Geez, there is a loud bang when its fired, the bullet doesnt turn. How are you getting hit ? Also remember, some fighter planes can mount one nova. use that against a bomber. You have the speed working for you.

In a PVP, remember, Novas are only effective upclose. Try not to be upclose to some one using a nova. Remember, this is RP, if they use Novas, CD their arse and leave. They cant hit you back LOL.

I however, loved the idea of a atomic mine. May be call them nova mines, that only a bomber can mount. at 80 speed and 100 k shield damage 5k hull damage, lots of splash damage. Use these to soften up cap ship targets for the other fighters.
