Set began to chuckle and clap his hands after Mr Runners little speech.

"How very.. Poetic of you.."
He had listened to what this Samantha was saying and then said in response.

"Well, miss Samantha. The Navy have always been.. Well, chaotic, not that it's much different now."

He then stood up and sipped on his brandy.

"Now, apparently I am to represent the unaligned Outcasts.. But something you should be aware of is that I have over the last couple of years been working closely with an other organisation. An intelligence and.. Strike group, you can call it...."

Set drank the rest of the brandy in one gulp.

"And this group will be become a real nuisance for most of the houses in a short while, hopefully striking them at seemingly random places, cutting of their supply lines etc. etc. I can go on for ever, no matter. All that matters really is that what they will be doing besides blowing people up in big and nice explosions of fire and plasma is to collect vital intelligence on the house itself. This will be done with the operatives. See, having a state officials little girl as a slave could be very persuasive argument for that state official to give us detailed information of his or her's house."

He takes one of the untouched glasses on the table and sips from that as well..

"This way, we'l know more of where, when and who to hit in the houses, outside them and hell, even in the middle of the really bad territories where the Commies and baby munchers live. I can assure you all that the information my group will give.. Will be worth it if we intend to go out from our territories. That is.. If you want my help or not."
