Subject: ZTC Banishment from Bretonia, and Bretonian Laws

Dear Ambassador,

the Omicroners hereby approve to be the remainders of the Zoners Trading Consortium. Many of us have left Omicron 74 and Omicron Theta after a series of Corsair attacks, which is the main reason why we have not answered your messages.

The terms we will abide to:
Omicroners do no infringe Bretonian Laws by definition.
Omicroners approve Omega 3 to be souvereign territory of Bretonia, except for Freeport 1 and a sphere of 5k radius around its center.
Omicroners approve Port Jackson to be permanent Bretonian Territory.

We do not believe that we are going to have many opportunities to travel through your space though, at least not in the near future, but we would nevertheless highly appreciate an ending to our banishment from Bretonia.

Also, please note that the Bounty Hunters Guild and their Core have attacked our Freeports in the Omicrons together with the Corsairs, which is why we have to fear a new stream of refugees leaving our bases. Because of this deadly danger we have to ask you if Bretonia would agree to termporarily host some of our colony vessels in case of another genocide.

I'm a touch confused.

As I understand it the idea behind the Omicroners is that, following the advent of the initial Corsair/Zoner hostilities and dissolvement of the ZA the Omicroners detonated the FP9 biodomes and retreated to 74. Where they now reside under a measure of fortification and distrust/dain for their former associates and common residents in the region.

The idea, as I understand it, is that they look after 74 and flip the bird to any other matters.

Then the 11 debacle emerged where the Omicroners took responsibility for establishing Zoner policy in Delta and determining if the Zoners/BHG would go to war.

Now they've determined Zoner policy in Omega 3 and Omega 49. Declaring the Bretonian colony on Gran Canaria to be Bretonain territory in addition to concurring that Omega 3 belongs to Bretonia (which I imagine Rheinland is going to have some opinions about, as soon as they and Daumann realize that the Bret gov players are making a landgrab into contested territory.)

So, please help me understand what the Omicroners are. Are you a remnant force in 74 looking after you and yours while everyone else can suck it down? Or is the Omicroners under the belief that they represent the "true" Zoner population that will determine politics and policy for the Zoners as a whole while the "false" Zoners (OSI/TAZ/Whomever) can, politely, rot in hell?
