As a physician and scientist, I find this practice of artificial augmentation unacceptable. Whatever happened to improving one's memory with memory games and taking care of one's health through proper diet and exercise? If someone needs, say, hearing loss fixed, then I'll treat it.
I know some friends of mine who would also find this amusing.
Remember, there is always unintended side effects from such practices. To those who seek these augmentations, remember that. I've seen too many cardamine addicted people that no longer want the drug but cannot break from it.
