I appreciate the idea, a more isolated, paranoid and protective subsection of the Zoners. It's something new.
Though I don't fully understand the events that led up to this: why FP9 was bombed, the TAZ hostilities, BHG hostilities and now potentially DHC hostilities (regarding which it'd probably be wise in a business sense to accept their demands) taking the Zoner RP in a new direction is admirable. I did worry before as to where the large difference between OSI and ZTC was, and now there is a clear distinction. I think in some ways this relates back to Vanilla, with a more 'fend for yourself' attitude.
