In hyphotetical situation if you was applying for simmiliar permit in house of Liberty, let's make it simplier: they would demand that everything you research will be shared fully and only with Liberty. In that I am saying that 'Some' of the research does not sound convinceable to us. Furthermore anything dangerous will be shutdown or transfered to OSD, you have to accept that we will not allow you to make WMD's on our backyard or anywhere else that might go to our enemies or anyone else.
