So, I think the DHC mistakes itself for a military force, which it is not.
Deal with it.
You might have almost all of Rheinland behind you, since you are a very huge company, but still, as said before, your actions and RP should reflect that you are that company, not some people who were given a bit too much might and who are now running around telling everyone what to do.
Since you got no real military power down there you should better try to be friendly to the locals, so they won't cut your tires and sabotage the bridges while you drive your trucks through their lands.

And that "little" Zoner village is a bit bigger than you think. Actually I would say it's the third biggest Zoner "installation" (I can't think of a better word right now). They have a shipyard, two big science stations and a Freeport down there. Considering that probably 3/5th (60mio) of the Zoner population live in O-49/50, and another big part of their population lives in Baffin, I would say at least 1/8th (12.5mio) of them in O-74. 12.5 mio. That's a huge village you are talking about. Even if it's less than that, even if it were only 5mio or hell, even 2.5mio...it's still "no village".

I must say, I didn't like the kind of RP the DHC did anyway, too aggressive. Since I'm in the IMG I had more than one "encounter" with your company.
But against a more or less "small" mining guild, it's ok to be a bit more aggressive, at least "more ok", than against some "civilians" who just asked you, to ask them if you were allowed to pass through their land and pay a little tax for that. (Even though the IMG isn't thaaaat small...)

So - the RP which you presented us is just not fitting. Even if you consider yourself "proud, arrogant and suffering from a superiority complex, [...] better than anyone else".
It's DHC, not the Rheinwehr! And I believe they aren't even that aggressive. (Though I don't see anything reason for them to be...) Try solving stuff with RP and diplomacy, not with "WE DEMAND! YOU OBEY! ... You not obey? WE SHOOT!" - I know you like having sneaky mercenaries kill everyone who doesn't obey you. But the Zoners aren't your enemy, they aren't some foreign mining company, they aren't some independent miners or miners guild and they aren't Hessians.

What do you think what impact do your action have, when you "start war with everyone", while there's already another war (or even two, if you think about corsairs ...)? What impact on the people in Rheinland?
They will probably start supporting Red Hessians and other revolutionists. Even if the propaganda tells them how "bad" those guys are.

And you even said, you aren't the "leader"...so, are you the foreign affairs spokesmen for DHC? Looks like it. And your "leaders" did say "that's ok"?
It's just the wrong RP for that position. You aren't speaking for the corsairs in that moment, they can threaten, they can demand, they don't care.
I'm disappointed where the RP around DHC is taking DHC and Rheinland. The way you are handling problems is wrong. A company should be aggressive in another way, making deals which are extremly profitable, without threatening but with "negotating". Of course all you do is trying to achieve the highest profit for yourself. But that's not going to happen when you threaten possible trading partners or people who are "involved" in your tradings (own a system where you go through, e.g.).
You have to make the trading partner agree to deals, which bring you more than him, that's what's being a big company is about. You have to keep negotating until you get what YOU want. That's not about threats, demands, etc...

But hey, I don't think you are the businessman which is required for that job. I wouldn't be either.
Takes more than "obey or fight" for that.

Srsl, how about I get me a Rheinland BS and run ravaging through Lib, telling them, "hey, it's my RP, we are at war!...DEAL WITH IT!!!" - I could write a story about a captain who's gone crazy and his extremly loyal crew obeys him on every task..."DEAL WITH IT!"
