What you are looking for would be a Land Reclamation specialist. Since my specialty is in plant growth and development, I would presume to seek out perhaps former colleges in planetform for such an endeavor. The only thing I can overtly remember is the use of space floating rocks and materials would be unwise as high amounts of radiation and unstable elements would be introduced into an environment that would have short term and long term cataclysmic consequences.

All I could suggest is to locate shallow areas on the aquatic surface and create an enclosed area between, ideally, two such locations, building the supporting foundations on the shallow ends and fill in from the center out.

With little knowledge of Planet Holstein and the tidal patterns, I would be inept in providing any positive solution to the problem. I assure you, once a stable landmass is constructed, I can begin calculations and planning to adapt the agriculture process on Planet Holstein

I would need to inform you that there are those within Planetform who will not approve of working with me for both professional and personal reasons.
