Guten Tag,
Today ich ran into zis Strange person who called himself Doktor, but still
flew a Scrapper Ship under Rheinland Police Transponder. But zat's not
ze important part - He vas transferring some ov zose Poor Animals out
ov Edinburgh. So, ich caught him in Leeds, und took care ov him before
he could do anything or call fur backup. Sadly, ich didn't have any Ships
vith large Cargo closeby, so couldn't really do anything about ze animals.
