While I did like the "Living" aspect, I didn't like that my 100 medicine character couldn't do jack all about his migrane, right after saving the lives of four dying soldiers.

Well, I have to say, in the aspect of living, this game is mediocre. There is so little punishment to not eating or sleeping. Seriously, I went 36 straight hours of doing neither and nothing happened. Something about that needs to change...

However in my short three hour experience, it has solved the biggest problem of Oblivion and Fallout 3: the map feels alive. It doesn't matter if the quests are the same everytime, it feels like I'm actually doing something worthwhile. There's a sense of achievement from going to that random city and seeing that it was sacked and I felt the need to stop the slavers from doing stupid stuff. There's less lonely walking and more friendly talking. I like it.
