"Administrator Mancini."

Death Runner looked at the lady and nodded respectfully.

"My men are at your service."

He looked around the room smiling.

"I have long since waited for this day, where the leaders of our great nation will come together and form an unstoppable force. Together, we will spread our influence across the lands of Sirius and beyond! We will work as one and bring our wrath down upon our enemies! We will be the face of terror to those that oppose us! Together.. none shall stand in our way."

He pushed a lever on the side of his wheelchair and placed the tips of his toes on the ground in front of him. Slowly, he lifted himself up off the wheel chair, his feet planted on the ground. His knees shook a bit, but soon stood stolid, staring at the face of the Administrator.

"Together, we shall stand!"
