The residents of Freeport 10 have recently made greater efforts to organise their space-faring efforts in order to maximise cohesion and productivity. Namely, we are looking to become fully self-sufficient, without having to reply on any outside organisations shipping us goods as a matter of survival.

This means we would love to take a greater role in supplying our home station with its own H-Fuel. As a part of this, myself and numerous other Freeport 10 residents have been supplying your holdings with high quality Deuterium from Gran Canaria. Mr Ichimoto advised that we register on this frequency, and we of course took him up on the matter.
