your document eventually reached the highest rings of our government, and is subject to a great interest. This may indeed solve issues lasting for too long, far before the Omega 3 incident. For now little official stance leaked, but from what I've seen some people are favorables to keep the negociations going the way you proposed, including me. Now the outcomes are out of my sole control and the further official talks will be likely lead by a representative of the civilian bureaucracy, but you are still welcomed to contact me directly if you need something to be brought up faster than via the official protocol.
