Herr, you did answer one of my questions, but ignored the more important one. Yes we do need your age for forms and databases, but even more important than your age is knowing who we recruit. I know many out there still consider Kruger a dying company, and may think we will accept anyone, but Kruger has been on track with strong growth for the last couple years. One of the reasons is our strong and dedicated workers.
