As the programmer for the LNS-Wolfcrest, I feel I should apologise for the ship's actions in this matter, as well as any previous infringements it may have incurred
A new subroutine in regards to this NFZ shall be uploaded once I return to Manhattan, which should be within a day or so. Though, note that if the ship is fired upon, or is in pursuit of a fugitive within the NFZ that this subroutine will be inert and the ship's guns fully primed. This applies to the Non-Personalised Callsign vessels as well.
This subroutine will also instruct the vessel to treat Rochester as it would any other Liberty station, by making damn sure it doesn't hit the station should either of the above situations occur.
