Captain Valeri,

A long time ago a fine naval captain and personal hero of mine wrote a most essay on why an officer should be a gentleman as well. His name was John Paul Jones and you would do well to read his work. Rest assured this matter is being handled. We do not tolerate people using Junker bases as shields and this will be dealt with. I also do not tolerate people who recklessly endanger my people. I would be willing to give you the benefit of the doubt, but that is hard considering your behavior. All I'm seeing is you spewing filthy language toward my people. This is hardly fitting a naval officer and I don't want to hear anymore from you on this matter. If Hale or Robinson want to discuss it I will listen. Anything else from you will be ignored. This matter is being dealt with, I promise you.
