I am not using Valeri's language and behavior to avoid doing anything. What I am using is his refusal to do his job. The difference between the Elusive One and the Joker is that I do in fact know the Joker. I explained to him personally why he is no longer welcome at Rochester. While I have heard of the Elusive One, I honestly have no idea who he is. Valeri claims he is a wanted criminal. He has refused despite repeated requests to provide any documentation of this. It is not now, nor has it even been my responsibility to keep track of Liberty's criminal registry. Simply provide me the documentation of the man's criminal status and I will comply with your request immediately. Believe it or not, I do believe in due process of law. I just have neither the time nor the desire to go pouring over your records to find the charges that have been filed against someone. It's not that hard to include that with your report to me.
