It would seem that Navy intelligence is not as it once was. In fact, one can but wonder how they survive with such....how to say.... absence of intelligence *ahem*.
Your "evidence" seems to be lacking in relevant facts. So here is my side of the story, in brief, to clear my good name:
My squadron engaged with the navy and their accomplices. I lost all my wingmen. So I naturally performed a tactical retreat, from beyond Manhattan to the debris field of Rochester, with the intention of jumping to Colorado (Might I add, a rather slow process since I was being chased by half of NY, Disrupted and on thrusters the entire way).
Upon my arrival to the debris field, the mighty Gryphons came to my aid. (May I add my gratitude once again to them). I could not leave them to die whilst I ran. So I re-engaged my pursuers. My already crippled ship did not hold out much further, so I fell back to the JH. Taking fire the entire way from the ship "zodiac". I then Jumped to Colorado, to further pursuit, but eventually escaped.
At no point did I dock. Nor did I intentionally involve any Junkers in the battle.
