Well Mr Crow, he's a well known criminal these days. It's often said that stupid people in large numbers are dangerous, and he certainly seems to be part of a crowd of those.

You asked for a few shots of his illegal activity, and here it is...

- Joining forces with a Rogue gunboat, and opening fire on liberty naval vessels, myself included.

- In league with the very same rogue gunboat, and again, shortly following this, opened fire on liberty law enforcement personel.

- Some guncam footage of The Elusive One evading the law by flying his gunboat through the sun.

I could compile some more, but that was all of five minutes searching around the naval database. Some of these incidents are publicly talked about infact...

Now, given this "gentleman's" rather well documented history of violent crime, I think him running from our forces to your base is something you'd rather prevent.
