Start Commanders Log
Well it has been a very odd 34 hours indeed. As I'm sure you can see by the external link, we have an Order Osiris with us. The Otho in fact. To keep things short, we ran into it as we were about to jump to Omicron Iota, I told AVIOS to get us out of the situation, as the Otho was bearing down on us and opening fire. But then it just...stopped. During this time AVIOS was not responding to any of my commands. It seems AVIOS has found a way to hack into enemy ships at close range, however this must use a huge amount of processing power so it can only focus on one thing at a time. I'm sure the technicians back on Alert Station will figure out exactly how AVIOS did it and the costs involved to itself and the Oscar.
We will continue our sweep of Iota once AVIOS has full control of both vessels and is operating at 100%. AVIOS informed me the crew of the Otho is working to free the vessel from our control and should then achieve this, AVIOS will cause the reactor to go critical, destroying it. Once out primary objective is complete will return to Ellesmere with the Osiris, you can decide what to do with it and its crew from there.
