Meine Damen und Herren,

Its been a while i have submitted a patrol report, mainly becouse our soldiers have made a good work out there.
But this time was something wrong becouse i have to write a report alone about something what should never happen.
This is a conversation i had with a samura transport in the Hamburg system. He was transporting something what my scanner read as "artifacts" :

[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: i said stop
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: gut
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: what are you supposed to transport samura vessel?
Bidon: u can scan me
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: but im asking you
Bidon: u boring me
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: do i?
Bidon: what u want
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: mein herr...you are violating the laws of rheinland
Bidon: how so
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: do you know that artifacts smuggling is prohibited?
Bidon: no
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: so you know now
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: so...
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: drop them at once...
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: all of them
Bidon: no
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: you will have to...
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: i didnt tell you to go
[RM]-Va.Gunter.Weissman: thats it...

He didnt stop and even started to shoot at me...the only end for him was the destruction.
Liebe soldiers how could that happen that a samura transport what is transporting artifacts is flying trough hamburg space, taking the lanes and nobody would stop him if i wouldnt be there?
I dont want that it will happen again.
I hope i made myself clear.
