How a player faction excludes a characteristic of the NPC faction

Neither am I, but I would use America's stance on Cuba as an example if I were. May not be a perfect example, but it's got all the same stuff.

All that stuff about humanitarian aid is fine and dandy, until you remember what kind of people they're giving that humanitarian aid to. It's not a very humane act for the Corsairs to bomb a planet, they are pirates, looters, pillagers. Those on Crete support them, if they did not they would leave the planet and seek refuge elsewhere, where they could recieve the humanitarian aid they require.

Samura are not feeding starving children and families, no, the media will not see it that way. They will see that Samura are feeding the very pirates that plague the Omegas, Bretonia and Rheinland. One might even suggest that Kusari is aiding the Corsairs in exchange for putting pressure on Bretonia's southern borders. The media is capable of twisting things like that. And Kusari will be seen as indirectly aiding the enemy by allowing Samura Transports to continue shipping food to Crete.

The Zoners would recieve repicussions for their acts, but they would not be the only ones. It would be a chain reaction that ends very badly for Kusari.
