How a player faction excludes a characteristic of the NPC faction

I'd like to point out that the first Samura|- shipments to Crete were delivered in December 09

In all honesty, how many units of food has Samura delivered in the past 11 months? I know that every once in a while I'll see a [|] running food too Crete, and once in a while I'll see an indy Hogosha bringing Arties to Kusari, so I assume they took food down.

Dusty, how much has the IND brought?

Based on what I've seen (pure guestimate), 20-30k food goes from Kusari to Crete each week. Is that enough to sustain a population?

Because I dont' see another way to see someone shooting down humanitarian aid.

The edge worlds were not considered dangerous for no reason. JumpHoles collapse, ships ram rocks at cruise speed and smash the cockpit in, get lost in those disorienting clouds, engine fails and there is no help for a thousand lightyears (especially if you can't land at a zoner base). Roaming groups of non-affiliated pirates destroy a ship and captain (escape pods only have so much air, what are the chances of someone coming across you in the depths of space?) without making a 'proper RP demand', Kishiro gets word of some big Samura transport heading out into the unknown and alerts a pirate group. GMG sees a Samura transport and pew pews it without giving the captain a way out or time to get off a message, Zoners see a Samura transport and pew pews it without giving the captain a way out or time to get off a message.

Space r dangerous, thousands and thousands of reasons for a ship to mysteriously not make it to its destination. Remember, just cause the player survives means that they can open up a chat screen/Skype and say "Zoner pew pew me Q_Q". Captains do not have that luxury.
