Or at least I'll surmise you are, since I've spelled out the OC's vulnerabilities many times now. If the OC went to war with the Junkers it'd be my position that the OC have a burden to account for the sudden loss in revenue.

As to the Zoner bit... I think your perception of what's taking place here is a bit dated. We're a bit past the idea of oorpyness. I think the only thing really being discussed here, for the 500th time, is the idea of giving a nod to the simulated environment.

OC Argument would be: Smugglers, Slavers and Rogues still provide Slaves and take the Cardamine. Possibly GCs from Kusari just stop being lazy and buy a few Transports and ship it into Kusari.

But yes, it would be lot harder for the Outcasts to get Slaves and sell Cardamine.
