To whom of right,
A few minutes ago, I, Director David Copperfield of the Liberty Security Force, assisted by Chief of Operations Mike Edwards, Supervisory Agent Scott Robinson, Agent Raphael Black and Agent Jamie Holland, went inside Rheinland Territory with our "Reindeer" joint Fighter and Bomber Recon and Assault wing.
At 1400 EST Manhattan Time, ships were converging to RV point Alpha 1 to acquire munitions and support equipment. From this point, we, at 1415 EST, started to move toward a location 30 clicks of Planet Stuttgart, Stuttgart. Once at location, fighter crafts, along with mine, were dispatched to seek for potential targets for the bombers. At 1442, a RFP fighter craft was spotted by us near a tradelane. I then ordered Supervisory Agent Robinson to fly away with the two bombers and continue to seek for a bigger target. Here are the transcript of the discussion between me and the RFP vessel:
As you can see, at 1447, I've ordered all our crafts to flee from the area. It seemed like we caught the Rheinlanders (Who were 5 at the end of the discussion) by surprise since none of them has tried to open fire on us. They also didn't follow our ships through the escape route.
Briefly after, we flew through Dresden to get to the Frankfurt system, from where we attempted to find a new target of opportunity. One of our fighters, went toward the NB gate to keep watch while the rest stayed around the vicinity of Mannheim. At 1500, we encountered a RNC ship named the Mordlust who ordered us to leave the area at once. We refused his order which resulted in a firefight while in the meantime, our fighter at the NB gate was busy trying to negociate his situation with RM officials. Here are the transcripts of the fight:
As you can see, some ships were lost during the battle. Mainly due to faulty loadouts, which may be replaced in the next days, and human flight path errors. I then ordered our ships to dissengage and flee. However, our ship at the gate was unable to do so. So my and the surviving bomber went there in cruise to create a diversion to let the fighter the chance to charge his engines and flee.
By a strange coincidence, an Ion storm caught the whole area at 1511, thus paralyzing both sides. Ships were sent adrift while the computer systems were trying to reboot. Once the Ion storm was over, there were no enemies around any of us. Remaining ships have been ordered to go back to Alpha 1.
