Hola Elders.

It seems I have been called to a trial due to the actions that occurred a few days ago inside the Omega-5 system.

You have seen the evidence provided by Elder Adam. Now, you will hear my side of the story.

I do not expect to be relieved of any charges, but I did not shoot this man without reason or logical motivation. For I will rather die than be told by my own brother that I'm not allowed to engage in combat against my enemy. The very purpose of this ship, the same ship that has defended Omicron Gamma countless times and has even lead your forces to victory against various Outcast and Order invasions.

But I'm no coward, I will not use these merits as excuses for my actions. Instead I will simply inform you of what really happened.

I received a report that there was a large Coalition presence inside the Omega-50 system, here are two messages logged on our terminal computer proving that I'm not lying. I also witnessed a Benitez member participating in the battle.

Now, moving on. Prior to this battle, I launched my vessel from Omicron Gamma and jumped to the Omega-41 system. Half-way towards the Omega-5 system, Elder Adam and a Corsair Cruiser going by the call-sign Rosa Roja approached me. I assumed they had arrived to assist me but instead Elder Adam began asking where I was heading. I responded that I was going to shoot some Coalitioners. An immediate response was made by Elder Adam saying that I was denied to do this task. I was upset that an Elder, out of all people had not just ordered me to not engage my most despised enemies, but to also deny my right to assist my brothers who might have already been fighting the Coalitioners inside Omega-50.

Angry by his statement, I continued my course towards the Omega-5 system to then enter a short-cut via the Omega-52 system in an attempt to reach the battle before it was too late. Elder Adam was furious because I didn't abide to his, in my opinion illogical orders, so he began firing Cruise Disruptors and successfully disrupted my engines half-way towards the Omega-52 jumphole.

He had given me his final provocation. I warned him, that if he continued to harass me with these stupid orders and hindering me from assisting my allies, I would do anything I could to reach them. Even fire at his ship. It appeared he refused to back down on his orders, so I was left with no choice but to fire upon him. Of course, during the middle of all this, the Corsair Cruiser Rosa Roja engaged me as well. But I ignored him after I dealt with Elder Adam, who had a cruise disruptor.

Fortunately our terminal computer managed to save the logs of the incident.

Note also that the evidence Elder Adam has provided can verify that at least some parts of these messages were real and therefore remove any suspicion of me fabricating this transmission log.

Now. A quick note to the evidence he has provided in regards to what happened inside Omega-50. Surprised by the fact that this man had received a new ship so quickly, but even more enraged that he had decided to attack me for a second time I uttered the words "Die Corsair". Now I'm well aware that this was a very foolish statement, and I do not deny it in any shape or form, but this man had pushed me to my limits. And this statement, was a response to that.
