I told him to return to gamma having law 16 in mind. He was flying solo without a proper escort, I never told him that he couldn't fight the enemy. But by flying through hostile space without escorts he is putting his ship and crew in danger. He was given a chance to return to Omicron Gamma and find himself an escort, instead he decided to open fire on my ship. On which I ordered the Praefect I was escorting to open fire aswell. After I told the Supremo to disengage he gave me a mere "ok" and after I put my ship to a halt he fired a full salvo at my Praetorian. Treason, Dishonourable and Cheap. After that he jumped to Omega-52 and steamed straight true Coalition space to Omega-50.

He claims I provoked him by disrupting him up to 3 times. It's true he was disrupted but not by my hand, My praetorian is fitted with a Nova Torpedo Launcher and a Supernova cannon, as you know that doesn't allow me to mount a cruise disruptor, neither did I order the Praefect to disrupt the Supremo. Since he seems sure I did have one I reach back to Evidence piece 1, if you look at the bottom right corner you can see I did not have a Cruise Disruptor mounted. Therefor his reason to open fire on me is false.

For his actions in Omega-50, it's clear that he shouted "Die Corsair!" just before he opened fire on the Praefect cruiser. I do not care how many Coalition ships he took down, firing on your own is an act of treason that must be punished.

To continue, there might be a discussion ongoing why I told him to return instead of have him join our formation? Simple... Everything I did was according to our own laws, and I quote.

16) Warship captains must not take their ship outside core Corsair territory* unless;
They are accompanied by a balanced fleet, with at least as many fighters and bombers as there are warships. ......or....
Their operation has received the approval of a Council Elder or one of their deputies.

Did I abuse my position? Not at all, I choose for the safe option, I could have escorted 2 warships on my own, but if I did and the fleet would have been intercepted by the enemy there simply isn't enough I can do to ensure the safety of both warships. I prefer not to risk our warships on a way like that.

However the fact remains that he had no intention to obey, at all. He opened fire on a member of the Council. And even when we were fighting the Coalition in Omega-50 he turned his guns on the Praefect instead of fighting our enemies!
