Guten Tag meine Damen und Herren der Junkers-Kongress,
We have had some trouble recently with a smuggler using junker facilities to escape capture. After jumping into Neu Berlin, the vessel J.Smith was asked to comply with standard scanning procedure and halt for a scan of his cargo bay. He at once took off into the Ruhrfield at full speed and with wings of the Rheinland Federal Police and Military on his heals. He headed for your facility at high speeds and managed to dock his vessel before interception wings could be dispatched.
Though we have no hard evidence of him smuggling any illegal goods, his flight profile and the unhealthy amount of people stuffed into his small cargo hold leads us to believe he may very well be trading in the slaver's market.
Regardless of the amount of evidence needed to charge the captain of the J.Smith with illegal trafficking, the matter of fact remains that he fled from a Polizei patrol at high speed and refused to stop after many hails.
We would kindly ask that he and his ship be handed over to the RFP at once for inspection, or if he has already fled your base, then we ask that his docking rights on junker bases be revoked.
Exact ship name: J.Smith
All required evidence:
Danke for your time meine herren, I shall expect a reply shortly.
