Broken?...funny way of putting it...

No it isn't broken...Collector doesn't have transport shields cause that would make it too powerful, almost unkillable (atm freighter and transport shields are not very balanced) It was imagined as VHF for junkers but with biggest cargo hold among fighters. Junkers are always in search for..well, junk, so the need big cargo hold on their ships. It has something from both worlds...weapons and shielding of a VHF and cargo hold of freighter.
